The Portland Jazz Orchestra feat. Falmouth High School, 8PM on Feb. 15th, One Longfellow Square
Your Portland Jazz Orchestra welcomes the great Falmouth Jazz Ensemble under the direction of PJO pianist, Jake Sturtevant on Thursday, Feb. 15th at One Longfellow Square.
Jake has brought his great group in past years and will once again showcase their hard work and talent on PJO’s break. The Falmouth band will play a great set of music, as they get ready for their jazz festivals coming this spring, district and state festivals.
PJO is excited to host Falmouth, and all the great high school bands, during our out reach efforts to bring seasoned PJO musicians and future jazzers (high school students) together for a night of two great jazz bands on Feb. 15th.
Come out on Feb. 15th for a night of great, swinging music from your Portland Jazz Orchestra, AND the great Falmouth high school Jazz Ensemble under the direction of PJO’s pianist, Jake Sturtevant.
