PJO with the Falmouth High School Jazz Band March 16th
Your Portland Jazz Orchestra will trade sets with the award winning Falmouth High School Jazz band, under the direction of PJO pianist, Jake Sturtevant on March 16th.
In January, PJO hosted Fryeburg Academy, February; South Portland High School. On March 16th PJO continues this series with the Falmouth High School Jazz Ensemble.
On March 16th, Falmouth will bring its talented band to play during PJO’s break. In past years, Falmouth has played anything from Duke Ellington classics AND from Snarky Puppy! Our guess is that Falmouth will, once again, swing hard AND play some music that is more current! Come find out!
